Our Story

He Didn't Set Out to Be the Most Credentialed Broker in Metro Manila.

He just refused to stop learning.

Reynan de Guzman entered real estate in 2016 as a marketing executive at DRIVEN Marketing Group — not selling properties, but studying why some deals closed and most didn't. Within a year, he was the top real estate salesperson for three consecutive quarters.

In 2018, he co-founded Kingsman Realty as Vice President for Sales and Marketing — building teams, developing strategy, closing deals across Metro Manila. Then 2020 arrived. While the pandemic paralyzed the industry, Reynan studied. He passed the PRC Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination — officially earning the right to practice as a licensed broker.

But he didn't stop there.

He then pursued and passed the separate PRC Real Estate Appraiser Examination — a credential almost no broker in Metro Manila holds. It means he can tell you, with professional and legal authority, what a property is actually worth. Not a guess. Not a range. A certified opinion.

On May 10, 2022 — together with his wife Shiela May — he founded Home Dreamers Realty & Development Corp. Not to build the biggest brokerage. To build the most trusted one.

In September 2025, Shiela May de Guzman didn't just pass the PRC Real Estate Appraiser Board Examination — she placed in the Top 8 nationally. In a country of thousands of examinees, she was among the eight best.

Shiela May started in real estate in 2017, not as a salesperson, but as a Certified Public Accountant who understood something most brokers don't: that a property is a financial decision before it's an emotional one. Her accounting background means she reads the numbers — carrying costs, rental yields, tax implications, appreciation potential — the way others read floor plans.
